Hi, I'm Gretchen

and as a survivor to multiple traumatic losses and trained grief coach I'm here to give you the support  you need.

After losing my brother Jake to suicide in May 2019 and my sister and nieces to a car accident in July 2019 I felt the deep and lasting impact of traumatic grief ....

CLARICE YOUNG

After a bad experience with therapy I knew I needed to try something new but I wasn't sure what. Luckily I found Gretchen, and it was like finally I found someone who really got it. Finally I can be honesty about how much this sucks, and really learn how to survive this.

If you are struggling reach out to Gretchen. You won't regret it.

My Approach

Validation for Traumatic Grief

I create spaces where the trauma of this grief is centered rather than sidelined. This makes all the difference as regular grief support does not address the horror of traumatic loss.

Softness not Resilience

Instead of pushing toward growth after loss, I guide you toward creating a gentler life that honors both your grief and your desire to live meaningfully.

Practical (and Honest) Help

I provide trauma-specific tools for caring for your nervous system, rebuilding identity, and maintaining bonds with your siblings beyond death.
And as a fellow griever I offer genuine understanding without pretending to have all the answers.

Supportive Connection

I create communities where sibling grievers can be fully seen and heard—because nothing helps sibling grief like connecting with others who truly understand.
